A founder’s view of the work
“The biggest thing for me is opening one place and seeing what needs me. The team has the brief, the feedback, and the next step right there.”
The agency context
Sauce Media is a $1M/year video agency. That context describes the business, not a revenue result attributed to Henshu. The workspace example focuses on the daily problem an agency owner can recognize: finding the work that needs attention while the team keeps producing.
A home for the agency and a space for each client
The agency workspace is the starting point for the team. Agency client sub-workspaces keep client projects and branding separate. The producer can move into the relevant client’s space for its files and work, while the owner has a place to begin the day across the agency.
Follow one deliverable through the handoff
Open the production task for its brief and source material. Review the cut in context. Leave the next person a clear owner, date, and action. When the creative is approved, prepare the delivery or publishing step with the same task context nearby.
Try the pattern with sample work
The public demo is modeled on the Sauce Media workspace. Its client companies and project content are sample data. You can explore the native interface and the guided walkthrough without entering the agency’s live work. The example shows a workflow to evaluate; it is not a measured before-and-after performance study.
