One agency, separate client spaces
A client should not have to search past another company’s work to find their next review. Agency sub-workspaces give each client a separate home for projects, files, and conversation. Use a client logo and banner to make the space easy to recognize.
Invite people with a clear purpose
Decide who manages the relationship, who creates the work, and who needs to review it. Assign access for the workspace and projects they need. Before sending a client their invite, test the experience with the same kind of access they will receive.
- Keep your internal agency planning in the main workspace.
- Create client projects inside the correct sub-workspace.
- Invite the client’s actual reviewers instead of sharing one team login.
- Review membership when a project ends or the client’s team changes.
See what needs your attention across clients
Your agency Home area brings work into a shared starting point. Open the client’s space when you need the full context. This lets the owner check the next handoff without asking each producer for a separate status update.
Choose the right workspace plan
Client sub-workspaces are an Agency plan feature. Regular and Professional are regular team workspaces. You can organize team projects on those plans, but they do not create an agency with branded child spaces. Check the current Agency limits on the pricing page before planning your client rollout.
