Do I have to move everything at once?
No. Start with one project, one workflow, or one client. Keep the rest of your setup running while you find your rhythm in Henshu.
What can Shu do with my videos?
Shu can find files, rename them, attach them to tasks, and prepare or update their schedule drafts. Your workspace needs Shu enabled. Review the dates, timezone, and connected social accounts in Publish before submitting content for publishing.
Can my clients review work here?
Yes. Share a review link for timecoded comments and annotations. Clients with workspace access can also use the approval workflow. A review link lets a client leave feedback without a paid team seat or a full workspace login. For a separate branded space with client projects and chat, choose Agency. You choose who can access each space.
Is this only for agencies?
Henshu is for people making content together: creators, editors, in-house teams, and agencies. The Agency plan adds a separate, branded sub-workspace for each client. Regular and Professional are for work in one workspace.
Can I keep my files where they are?
Yes. Connect Google Drive or Dropbox, then find and link those files from Henshu. You can mention a file in a task or chat. Henshu also includes its own storage. External files still depend on your provider and its access settings. Google Drive details · Dropbox details
What does a seat cover?
A seat covers a member of your team. A client using a shared review link does not need a paid seat. Signed-in workspace members have roles and access settings. Client sub-workspaces are an Agency feature, with capacity shown above. Paid plans start at three seats.
What are AI and automation credits?
Credits are shared across the workspace. Shu and automations use them when they make changes, such as updating a task. Asking a read-only question does not use a change credit. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and extra capacity is available.
How does the free trial work?
Creating your account is free and doesn’t require a card. Eligible paid plans offer a trial; checkout shows its length, renewal price, and billing date before you confirm. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the paid renewal.
