What can Shu do with my videos?
Shu can find files, rename them, attach them to tasks, and prepare or update their schedule drafts. Your workspace needs Shu enabled. Review the dates, timezone, and connected social accounts in the Schedule tab before submitting content for publishing.
Can my clients review work here?
Yes. Share a review link for timecoded comments and annotations. Clients with workspace access can also use the approval workflow. Plans have different client-workspace and guest limits; check the included capacity above.
Is this only for agencies?
Henshu is for people making content together: creators, editors, in-house teams, and agencies. Agencies can also give each client a separate workspace with access to their own projects.
Can I keep my files where they are?
Henshu includes file storage and supports external-drive connections. You can connect the storage your workspace uses without moving your entire library on day one.
How does the free trial work?
Creating your account is free and doesn’t require a card. Eligible paid plans offer a trial; checkout shows its length, renewal price, and billing date before you confirm. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the paid renewal.
