Ask from the work you are looking at
Shu can use the current workspace and project context to help with a question. Name the task or use a mention when more than one item could match. A specific request helps Shu find the right work and keeps the answer useful to the person making the next decision.
Turn a clear request into a useful next step
Ask for help finding information or organizing tasks. For actions, include the task, person, date, or destination that matters. Read the result and check the changed task before relying on the update.
- “What is waiting for review in this project?”
- “Assign the launch video task to Wes.”
- “Find the brief attached to this task.”
- “Help me prepare a publishing draft for this approved cut.”
Keep people in charge of the creative call
Shu can help with supported technical review checks, such as detecting black frames or checking audio and transcript information. Those checks are useful inputs to a review. Your editor and client still decide whether the story, brand, pacing, and final cut are right.
Work within access and connected tools
Shu works with the information and actions available to the signed-in user. A request does not grant access to another client’s files or connect a missing provider account. In the public demo, Shu uses a limited set of sample actions and never sends posts to real social accounts.
