Bring your file workflow into view
Large creative jobs often start with a folder someone else owns. Connect Dropbox in Henshu’s Files area to browse what the connected account can access. Keep the folder and asset names clear so the editor does not have to guess which logo or export belongs to the current job.
Make one file handoff clear
- Choose the Dropbox connection in Files when it is available.
- Authorize the intended account and review its access.
- Find the correct folder and inspect the file before using it.
- If you transfer a file, check the destination and confirm the copy before handing it off.
Share access on purpose
A Dropbox connection starts as a personal connection. Its owner can explicitly share it with the current workspace where supported. Henshu project access does not replace Dropbox permissions. When a team member leaves or a client engagement ends, review the connection as well as workspace membership.
Avoid two competing final files
A transfer is a copy, not an automatic promise that later edits will stay in sync. Decide where the approved export lives and name versions consistently. Henshu’s public demo shows local sample Dropbox files, so you can try the Files experience without linking a real account. Live availability depends on the configured provider and successful authorization.
