Social publishing

Let the finished work reach the finish line.

Plan social posts and schedule supported connected accounts from the same Henshu workspace as your tasks, files, and reviews.

Try the sample workspace. No signup needed for the demo.

Keep the post close to the approved work

The final export is only part of a social deliverable. Someone still needs the caption, target account, date, and final check. Keep those details alongside the production task so the handoff to publishing is easier to follow.

Plan first. Schedule when it is ready.

Use a draft to shape the post before committing it to a publishing time. Check the selected media, copy, account, and time zone. A planned draft gives the team a place on the calendar; scheduling a post is a separate action that depends on a supported, connected account.

  • Use a clear post title so the calendar is easy to scan.
  • Keep the approved media version linked to the task.
  • Check platform requirements before scheduling.
  • Review the publishing result and handle any account or media error.

Give each client the right destination

Social connections belong to the workspace where they are connected. For an Agency client space, check that you are in the right client before preparing a post. Do not treat a familiar avatar or similar account name as proof that you have selected the intended destination.

See the local planning flow in the demo

The demo includes sample accounts and draft posts you can plan on its calendar. It does not connect to your accounts or publish externally. Live publishing requires a supported provider, a working account connection, and the required permissions. The demo helps you try the handoff before you connect real channels.
